Accessibility statement

Nelsonian Solutions Limited wants everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across every public and authenticated page.

What we do: every page template is checked with automated accessibility tooling in our build pipeline, and a violation fails the build. Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. Colour contrast meets 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and interface components in both the light and the dark theme. Motion is minimal and respects the reduced-motion preference. Diagrams carry a text alternative.

Known limitations: a manual screen-reader pass over the critical journeys is scheduled before launch and its findings will be recorded here. Third-party product sites linked from this site are outside our control.

Reporting a barrier: if you find something you cannot use, write to the contact address in the footer with the page and what happened. We reply within one business day and treat a barrier as a defect to fix, not a suggestion to consider.
