- The PRD, reviewed with you before it is final
What is explicitly not included
- Building the product
- Visual design beyond the wireframes needed to specify behaviour
- Vendor selection, unless scoped separately

- A build-ready PRD with requirement IDs, data model, non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria
What you supply
- Access to the people who understand the problem and the rules
- Any existing documentation, however partial
- A decision-maker available for the review
What happens after you ask
- 01A conversation, to confirm the fit and the scope.
- 02A written proposal with a fixed price and the exclusions stated.
- 03Only if you accept it, an invoice. Nothing is charged before a proposal is accepted.
