- Analysis between and after the sessions
- A written report and a read-out session
What is explicitly not included
- Implementation of any recommendation
- Vendor selection or procurement support
- Building or piloting any AI feature
- A data-quality audit beyond what the sessions and supplied material allow

What you supply
- The leadership team present for both sessions
- Access to a description of your systems and data, at whatever level of detail exists
- Any existing AI policy, pilot or vendor proposal
What happens after you ask
- 01A conversation, to confirm the fit and the scope.
- 02A written proposal with a fixed price and the exclusions stated.
- 03Only if you accept it, an invoice. Nothing is charged before a proposal is accepted.
