Answers from published pages

  • Do you publish prices?

No. Every engagement is scoped and quoted directly. You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, and nothing is charged before a proposal is accepted.

  • What happens after I send an enquiry?

A person replies within one business day. Then a conversation, then a written proposal with a fixed price, then, only if you accept it, an invoice.

  • Where is the firm based?

Nelsonian Solutions Limited is based in Tacarigua, Trinidad and Tobago.

  • What does the firm do?

We advise on strategy, technology and organisation across eight practices, and we build and run the software the strategy implies, for the Caribbean market, under a published engineering and quality standard.

  • What products have you built?

The Caribbean AI Tutor is live. CareAI Assistant is in beta. Other products are in build or in specification, and each product page carries an honest maturity label and a statement of what it does not do yet.

  • Why are your case studies anonymised?

Every client engagement launches anonymised at the client's discretion. A client is named only where an unexpired written permission exists. References are available on request under NDA.

  • What is the release-readiness standard?

A published checklist with blocking sections, a severity model from S1 to S4, a marking convention in which a blank means not tested, a GO/NO-GO gate and a regression rule. It is free to read; the independent audit against it is an engagement.

  • How do you build with AI?

Grounding by server-side validation of model output against real records, deterministic rules for anything with a compliance or safety consequence, explicit product boundary tables, multi-provider failover, human review queues and prompt-injection defence.

  • Can you take card payments from a Trinidad-registered company?

Yes. Clients pay issued invoices online in TTD through a rail that serves a Trinidad and Tobago entity, or by bank transfer. Stripe is not available to a Trinidad-registered entity, which is one of the things the Caribbean Payments Readiness Assessment addresses.

  • What is the relationship with the Nelsonian Foundation?

Nelsonian Solutions is affiliated with the Nelsonian Foundation. The Foundation is a separate registered non-profit organisation with its own website and governance. This site never takes donations, and sponsored access to a product is a Foundation programme.

  • Can a school or student get sponsored access to a product?

Sponsored access is a programme of the Nelsonian Foundation, not a commercial offer of this firm. The product page routes you to the Foundation.

  • How do I work with the firm as an associate?

The firm is a small senior core plus a vetted associate network. Apply through the associate network page; vetting involves references, work samples and a skills profile.

  • Can I get your company registration details for vendor onboarding?

Yes, directly and privately. The site publishes the registered name and the location only. Registry particulars are supplied to a buyer on request through the company page.

  • How long will my project take?

Durations for the defined engagements are stated on each engagement page. Anything else is scoped in the proposal; no timeline is given before the work has been scoped.
